About

I am the test case.

I’m Abdurrahman Ishaq Muhammad. I’m building Brick, the operating system for turning what you know into what you do.

01Why me, and why you shouldn't trust it yet

I know exactly what to do. I research it. I plan it thoroughly. And then I don’t do it.

Not because the plan was wrong. Because of distraction, or because the motivation isn’t there in the moment that counts. That is not a persona I studied from the outside. It is a pattern I have lived, and am still testing on myself.

So should you trust this? Not entirely. There is no product, no track record, and no results to point at.

What there is, is depth. The research on the intention–action gap is real and decades old. Almost nobody publishing in this space cites it. Sheeran. Gollwitzer. Graybiel. Sirois. You will not find those names in most productivity writing. They are where the answers are.

The offer is narrow. I publish what the research says. I apply it to my own execution in the open. I post the missed weeks alongside the wins, because a system that only works on the good days was never a system.

When something is not working I will say so and cut it. The conditions for that are already written down, which is much easier to do now than later.

02What you get

One letter a week.

One idea, explained properly. Usually a study or a mechanism, always with the applied version at the end. No daily digest. No drip sequence built to keep you opening things.

Every letter ends with a question, and I answer the replies myself. That is the whole community for now, on purpose. A room with twelve people in it signals failure, not momentum.

The letter

One brick at a time.

Watch behavioral science become infrastructure. The letter is where the work gets written down.
